The wall painting and anti-corrosion work for pipeline equipment are also advancing steadily. The greening and road repair work in the factory area has been continuously deepened. In the subcritical power generation area, personnel have been organized to thoroughly clean the roads, remove debris, level the road surfaces, and at the same time improve the green layout, making greenery the most eye-catching landscape in the factory area. Implementation of lean Management
Build a solid defense line for work safety

The in-depth implementation of the on-site lean "five Grasps" regular management has provided a solid guarantee for the safe production of the Energy and power plant. The Energy and Power Plant has focused on the investigation and governance of the six sources, established and improved the investigation mechanism, and achieved a 100% investigation and governance rate. In the fixed-position management of movable items and on-site visual management, the energy and power plant has established clear standards, ensuring that all types of items are neatly arranged and clearly marked, effectively enhancing operational efficiency and on-site safety. The construction of functional stations and rooms has achieved remarkable results. Currently, there are 52 functional stations and rooms of various types, including hydraulic stations, main control rooms, and distribution rooms. Two standardized stations and rooms have been completed, with both the qualification rate and the regular maintenance rate reaching 100%, providing employees with a comfortable and standardized working space.
The points-based incentive mechanism has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of employees to participate in improvement. A total of 20 self-improvement projects have been completed, 5 highlights have been created, and 15 have been maintained on a regular basis. From the improvement of the static eliminator prompt signs to the upgrading of the lighting of fire protection facilities, from the painting maintenance of valve wheels to the repair of equipment malfunctions, every improvement is the result of the wisdom and hard work of the employees, providing a solid guarantee for the continuity and stability of production.

Leaders lead teams to conduct comprehensive inspections of the hygiene conditions and equipment facilities in the monthly acceptance areas, deploy rectification measures on the spot, clarify the responsible persons and completion deadlines, and ensure that the rectification of problems is implemented in place. Through the leading role of leaders and the participation of all staff, a favorable working atmosphere of top-down coordination and joint management has been formed.
The lean management training work has been carried out solidly. The Energy and Power Plant adheres to the daily three-question promotion and interpretation, covering professional knowledge such as the inspection and handling norms and the "five more" work method for safety officers, enabling employees to enhance their professional qualities through daily learning. Regular promotion of 6S and TPM knowledge learning for front-line employees is carried out, with no less than five training sessions organized each month to help employees master on-site management and equipment maintenance skills proficiently. Single-point training courses were carried out in an orderly manner. Focusing on key contents such as "the main forms of improvement and maintenance", 3 to 5 specialized training sessions were conducted each month, effectively enhancing the practical operation skills and problem-solving abilities of the employees.
